It was classic Rock at it’s finest Monday night in Chevy Court! NYS Fair goers experiences an excellent performance when John Kay and Steppenwolf took them on a “Magic Carpet Ride,” stepping back in time to hear those classic tunes like “Born To Be Wild, “Monster” “Rock Me” and the ever bluesy rock “Hoochie Coochie Man,” before they closed out the night with an encore of “Punisher.”

From 1968 to 2014 – Steppenwolf will reign true to their rock n roll roots! There are only a hand full of bands that can stay that tight for over 40yrs!!! Hats off to John Kay and Steppenwolf!

The dvd takes you behind the scene. The documentary also takes it straight to the fans – where a diverse group share stories on how the music has affected them personally.

Currently, there is only one date listed for John Kay & Steppenwolf – Mexico in October. However, I don’t think we have heard the last of them!! Check their websites for the latest touring information.
