You know that it’s October when the leaves are falling, the northern winds are blowing and King Diamond is played in our house. He is the ultimate story teller of demonic horror and supernatural. King Diamond has shared his tales for almost 3 decades with numerous Mercyful Fate and King Diamond albums.

The last few years, King Diamond had gone through some rough times. He had to cancel his last scheduled North American Tour because of a herniated disc in the spine. Then he had a triple bypass surgery last November. But that can’t keep King down! With several rumors circulating, it appears that he is back and ready to get things going again! One confirmed rumor is that King Diamond has talked to Metal Blade about the release of the next King Diamond album!

King Diamond was randomly calling fans in groups of 3-4 on Skype to answer questions and clear up any rumors. You can hear King directly set the record straight when he spoke with James Grace this summer with their conversation posted here.
